We believe everyone should have the opportunity to remain independent, connected, and actively engaged in the community they call home.

 

Familia Soluciones serves residents of Adeje and Arona, providing companionship, personal assistance and practical support for everyday activities.

 

Although our customers are based in Adeje and Arona, the destination of the service does not have to be within these municipalities. We provide services to destinations located in both our main service area and our secondary service area, depending on the service requested.

 

For example, if a customer who lives in Adeje or Arona has a medical appointment at Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, we can provide medical appointment companionship, including the journey to the hospital, accompaniment to the appointment and the return journey home.

 

This means that you can rely on Familia Soluciones to accompany you from your home in Adeje or Arona to important appointments, errands and activities throughout our designated service areas in Tenerife.

 

Our goal is to provide reliable, practical support wherever it is needed, helping older adults, families, and people who need assistance maintain their independence and quality of life while staying connected to their communities.
